1990's silk Bali Polka Dot dress by the iconic J. Peterman Company (any Seinfeld fans?)

☼ Measurements:

• Waist: 31"
• Hips: open
• Length: 51"

☼ Condition: only flaw is one very faint smudge as seen in last photo. This is very difficult to notice. It was originally a more distinct stain but I was able to lift it to an almost unnoticeable level, but I am disclosing it just in case.
