AMAZING 1970's high waisted maxi skirt with ruffled prairie style hem, handmade 💗 in beautiful shades of neon coral and purple.
Fully lined so it's not sheer. High quality and one of a kind, made in the Philippines for my late great aunt.

Condition: great vintage condition.
There are some sort of white marks on the hem (paint maybe?) that are really not noticeable unless you look for them up close (see photos in comments). I've attempted to spot clean these a couple times and they haven't come out.
