This one's a cutie! 1980's/early 90's light lavender pleated day dress. Has all-over rainbow/graphic print, high collar, structured short sleeves, and non-functional buttons along bodice. There are small thread belt loops, likely for a skinny waist tie in matching fabric, but that is missing.
