Crazy good 1970's custom made one of a kind velvet novelty print cardigan/top. Handmade in the Philippines for my mom back in the day from their seamstress. Print is what appears to be Roman (or similar) war scenes. One hook & eye closure at the bust.
Best for an XS to Small if worn closed, can be more accomodating if worn open.
