Vintage 1970's black sheer midi length skirt. This is a dance skirt / costume intended to be worn over a leotard, made by Advance Theatrical Co / Leo's Leotards. This is such a versatile garment that can be worn over patterned tights or leggings to amp up any outfit. I believe this is a child's size Large, but is equivalent to a women's size Small.
Closure is with Velcro on the side of the hip. Slight lettuce hem.
