1990's 2 piece set. Button up blouse gives the appearance of 2 separate pieces - a white long sleeve blouse and waist coat. It is actually one piece that is attached. Skirt has an elastic waist. Burgundy waist coat portion and skirt is 100% rayon. Back of waist coat has ties to cinch the waist in. Style is very academia. Has removable shoulder pads. Includes adorable enamel llama pin! It was found on this set so I am keeping it and including it as it looks great together.
