Polyester knit, with elastic waist, and buttons along front. Front pleat/flap gives the illusion of a skirt but they are shorts. One small pocket on the rear.

**Best for a hip that is closer to the smaller end of the scale as you'll have to stretch the waist portion up above your hips to fit. It was a tight fit doing so on 42" hips.
