The perfect edgy 80's glam party dress! Black puff sleeves and a velveteen bodice on the center with rhinestone sparkles, as well as black lace paneling along the sides and back. Sweetheart neckline. Slight drop waist/basque waistline. Bubble skirt with a layer of tulle underneath for added fullness. Large ties at the waistline allow you to cinch the waist in, creating a large bow on the back.
