1980's holiday party dress! Made by "Special Times by Patty O'Neil". A beautiful late 40's style silhouette, with a dark green velvet rayon top, sleeveless with a boat neck and a low-cut back. Skirt is an acetate taffeta in gorgeous Christmas green plaid, with red and blue stripes and a large bow placed on the hip. Skirt is lined with a black tulle to add fullness. Nylon side zipper closure.

☼ Condition: there are just a few dark spots along the hem in a couple of spots. It appears to be maybe dried ink stains? They blend in to the draping of the dress and are hard to notice since they're located at the bottom.
