1990's black velvet evening gown. A-line silhouette and bias cut is incredibly flattering. Cowl neckline. Design is an abstract or geometric pattern created with the velvet, with an illusion background - sheer black overlay but the dress is fully lined. Dress has a lot of stretch. Pull-on style with no closures.
