Late 70's to early 80's, handmade button up blouse, in a jungle leaf print, with parrots and other birds in a beautiful shade of purple. Large tulip sleeves, with a peplum style waist. Plastic black buttons go halfway down, and the bottom half of the top is "open", could also be worn as a micro mini depending on height. Fabric is a cotton or cotton/poly blend.
